So, Passover/Easter is approaching and so is Spring, my favorite season!
A season of flowering, renewal and the best weather! (Despite the allergies it brings with it lol)
This year, The spring holidays are taking on a new meaning and, as the way things are looking, we will probably spend them with our nuclear family instead of the extended family and our favorite people as we use to do each year.

The Corona Virus situation is surreal! And for me, I choose to take it as a hint from the universe that we may have overstated. Lately, I have noticed that the hatred between people on social media or even the streets, is increasing and we are being exposed to more and more cases of violence in all its forms.
It is our time to stop, take a time off, do a soul-searching and fill up you batteries for the day after the Covid-19 pandemic.
I never believed in the phrase “misery loves company” but today I can say that it grew on me.

Although the situation is frustrating, scary and even stressful mainly because of the great sense of uncertainty that surrounds us during this time, we can see that we are all in the same boat; Losing money / work / travel, and the first days of spring when we are all in quarantine, there is something about this knowledge and solidarity that elevates and unite us all.
So even though we have already established that the upcoming Passover/Easter will be a bit different, there is no reason for us not to arrange a fancy dinner table and get dressed up for the Passover/Easter eve as we would in a parallel world where the Corona was just another branding of beer.
